The goal of this college is to assist the local church in its responsibility to prepare the called of God for ministry within and beyond the Philippine Islands.  The College Builders Program is established to allow Philippine churches and individuals to help IBCAP meet ongoing operating expenses thereby keeping student fees to a minimum.
